High power 1200 watt hub motor (peak 1500 watts). This is a brand new, original design. It has many improvements over the old model. For starters, it now supports a disc brake. While the diameter is larger, it has more torque. It can also handle more power and is more efficient. The quality aluminum finish is superior to the painted black motors from other companies. Stainless steel axle and spokes. Double walled aluminum rims. The power is conservatively rated at 1200W, but the motor is capable of 1500W.
